1260 Powder feeder
Introduction
Type Vulcan 1260 powder feeder is an electronic control and voltage withstand facility that provides accurate and repeatable powder feeder. Type 1260 is for Plasma and HVOF spraying systems.1260 Powder feeder uses the volume delivery principle, filling the tank on the powder feeder tray at the bottom of the powder tank. When the powder disk is turned to the powder delivery outlet, the powder can be quantified into the powder hose and be transported into the spray gun.
The rate of powder delivery to the spray gun is controlled by the speed of the powder delivery tray. The compacted powder creates a bridging or blockage, and the built-in tapping assembly helps the powder get smoothly into the groove on the powder disk. The model 1260 powder feeder is mounted in a small car with wheels that can lock it up.
The 1260 powder feeder is a device specially designed and developed for thermal spraying. By adjusting the speed of the powder tray. Precise control of powder delivery speed.
Powder gravity, carrier gas pressure and rotary wheel rotation are the power sources of powder delivery to the gun.Therefore, a major advantage of this powder feeder is that it is insensitive to the back pressure of the spray gun.
